regularly have new programmes and programme makers on
the Concertzender. We'd like to bring the following programmes
from our jazz editors to your attention this month.
Front Runnin’: Hans Dulfer

Dulfer is back with his programme Front Runnin’. We're delighted to present a new series full of great music and tasty anecdotes. Every Tuesday evening at 22:00 CET.
House of Hard Bop: Eric Ineke Two months ago drummer Eric
Ineke began as programme maker with a monthly edition of House of Hard Bop.Eric
Ineke (1947) started
his career as jazzdrummer in the
60's. In 1969 he made his first
record with tenor saxophonist Ferdinand Povel and over the
years he's played with the Rob Agerbeek Quintet, the Rein de Graaff
/ Dick Vennik Quartet, the Ben van den Dungen / Jarmo Hoogendijk
Quintets and the Piet Noordijk Quartet.
During his career he's also played
with a number of international, primarily American, soloists such
as Dexter Gordon, Johnny Griffin, Dizzy Gillespie, Al Cohn, Grant
Stewart, Jimmy Rainey, Barry
Harris, Eric Alexander and Dave Liebman.
In 2006 Eric Ineke
started JazzXpress, a quintet in
the hard boptradition. Eric Ineke
also teaches at the Koninklijk Conservatorium in
Den Haag and
gives master classes all over the world. His first two programmes
about The Jazz Messengers, have already been broadcast and you
can listen to them here:
